These are usually things that someone else requires of you. And finally, there are the tasks that are not important and not urgent. Why bother doing these things at all? Cross them off your list.
2. Establish efficient workflow
Try to avoid repeating actions that you have already done. Group like tasks together. For example, if you are writing several articles, do the research for all three at once, then the writing for all of them together. This way, you don’t waste time having to go back again and researching after writing.
3. Work on a schedule
Set a time for when you will work on a particular task, and stick to a schedule. Work in timed increments and take regular breaks. For example, work for 30 minutes, then take a 5-10 minute break.
