Bayside Solutions' recruiting team is tenacious and relentlessly positive. We recently placed a helpdesk technician at a local department store, however he was denied the position. Rather than calling it quits, we met with the candidate for a second interview and suggested that he take on a few short-term projects to ramp up his resume. He did so. Fast forward a few months: equipped with the new additions to his resume, we were able to successfully place him in a full-time technical support position with a national broadband service provider. Happily, our candidate is currently held in high regard at the new company and we continue to receive positive reviews from his supervisors. This is a prime example of success through persistence.
