We were given four weeks to complete a time-critical mission: upgrade 2300 hard drives across a major financial institution’s Western region. Our 15 field service technicians quickly exchanged the 2300 hard drives out, installed and tested the new drives. Workflow was uninterrupted. We recruited and trained people with the technical and interpersonal skills necessary to get the job done while day-to-day business transactions continued simultaneously.
