Bayside Solutions provided forty-five people, across the country, to work at sixty central offices during the merger of two large enterprises. We had to coordinate logistics, including flights, rental cars, and work schedules. We had less than a week to pull this project together. We worked day and night, and successfully secured the team of experienced telecom installers (at supervisory level and levels 2, 3 and 4). The project demanded an additional ten to fifteen new people per week during our 6-month tenure. We are proud of the way our team outperformed under intense pressure and tight deadlines.
