We understand that interviewing can be stressful.
Here's how to decrease your anxiety and increase your confidence.

Practice, Practice, Practice – Before the Big Day
Set up a mock interview with a friend! Practice answering questions like these – out loud: “Tell me about yourself. Tell me about your greatest achievement. Why are you interested in our company? What would be your ideal work situation? What are your strengths and weaknesses?” As you practice answering the questions, you’ll see improvement and gain confidence.

Have a Pitch
Prepare yourself for success. Develop a brief statement about your qualifications and the ways you could benefit the employer. Focus on their needs, not on yours. Consider how you can be of greatest value.

Show Interest
Interviewers are impressed with the questions you ask as much as how you answer theirs. Don't hesitate to ask for clarification or additional information.

Organize Your Thoughts
It's OK to ask for a few moments to collect your thoughts and jot down notes.

Look Good
Dressing for success means just that. Express enthusiasm in your smile, your voice, your eye contact and your handshake!
