Bob Klotz, CEO

Throughout his 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, Bob realized that trust and honesty are essential to every successful relationship. After graduating Chico State University, Bob worked for a national staffing service provider as a recruiter and account executive. He founded Bayside in 2001 based on one principle-relationship based recruiting. Bob's focus as CEO of Bayside is to ensure that the Bayside team provides the highest level of service for consultants and clients.

Linda Koeplin, CFO

With more than 19 years of experience in accounting, including 10 years as an independent consultant, Linda manages all of our accounting functions. She has been part of the Bayside Solutions team for the past nine years, where she has been responsible for forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, operations and procedures.

Linda holds an Associate's Degree from San Jose State.

Felipe Zapata, President - Technology Solutions and Managed Services

Felipe is responsible for driving the business and day-to-day operations of Bayside's IT & Telecom Division. Under Felipe's leadership, this division has successfully partnered with many Fortune 100 companies throughout California. With almost 14 years experience in IT staffing, Felipe has overseen many projects, partnering with companies to successfully handle all of their IT needs.

He is a graduate of Sacramento State University where he holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems.

Ed Williams, President - Industrial Staffing Division

As the President of Bayside Solutions - Industrial Staffing Division, Edvent (Ed) Williams oversees the strategic planning, development and growth of the Green Technology, Construction and Manufacturing Services business units. With more than 12 years in the staffing industry, Ed has extensive experience in both business development and management. His widespread knowledge of a variety of industries brings a special perspective to his role within Bayside Solutions by understanding the complexities and needs of varying business units.

Leveraging his successes of working in multiple verticals with a large national staffing company, Ed started Bayside's Solutions Industrial Staffing Division in 2004. Prior to entering the staffing and recruiting industry, Ed was a collegiate football coach at Saint Mary's College in Moraga, CA where he lettered for 4 years. Ed is a graduate of Saint Mary's College where he received a degree in Health and Human Performance.

Dave Rampa, VP - Technology Solutions

As vice president of our IT, Engineering & Telecom Division, Dave Rampa is responsible for the management and growth of our strategic partnerships with large and national organizations. Through his experience, Dave understands the complexities surrounding business processes and the importance that creativity plays in the successful delivery of technology solutions.

Prior to becoming Vice President, Dave served as the Executive Director of Sales for Bayside Solutions. Dave joined Bayside Solutions in 2006 as a senior Account Executive. Prior to Bayside Solutions Dave worked for large national IT recruiting and consulting firm for 8 years as a senior account manager and was part of their executive leadership program. Dave is a graduate of Sacramento State University where he holds a B.S. in Business Administration- Strategic Management.
